Hello friends, I dressed unto lace-up shoes, we ate three meals, I did some wonderful cooking and in the evening I dish-washed all and I have shined my sink. I am glad.
And what is new: I am heading for permission for the photoes which I think/thought they were licence-free

AntwortenLöschenHello helen, yes, I feel happy...and I want to practise what Maaike has said: while flying I want to remember that all the babysteps are NOT for hating myself BUT for loving myself. Today I am not sure whether I will manage to shine my sink because I am relaxing. It has been a very exhausting day... : - )
