but I made a delicious meal: spaghetti bolognese and my DH (dear husband) delights in it and he is no longer hungry : - )

    yes wendy, It was delicious but this time to much butter (was like a burden in the stomach for us two)...

    Yes, helen, he was VERY lucky, but during the night he had to eat two yogurts to get his digestion go...
